What happens when you write
A treatment coordinator reads your message and replies, usually within one working day. Not an autoresponder, and not a chatbot.
They will often ask a few questions before saying anything about treatment — your age, general health, medications, whether you have had the procedure before. That is not a delaying tactic. Those answers change the assessment, and guessing at them produces a plan that falls apart later.
The same coordinator stays with you afterwards, in your own language.
What to include
You do not need to know what procedure you want. Describing the problem is more useful than naming a solution.
- What is actually bothering you, in your own words.
- Roughly when you might be able to travel, if you have any idea. "Sometime next year" is a useful answer.
- Any medical conditions or medications — particularly blood thinners, diabetes medication, and anything affecting healing.
- Photographs, if you are asking about dental or hair treatment. They help a great deal, and the consultation form explains what to send.
You are not committing to anything by writing. No deposit, no booking, no obligation — and you can stop at any point without explanation.
If this is urgent
This inbox is not monitored around the clock and is not suitable for a medical emergency.
If you are experiencing severe pain, heavy bleeding, difficulty breathing, chest pain, a high fever or a sudden change in vision, contact your local emergency service or go to an emergency department. Do not wait for a reply from us.
If you are already our patient and something is worrying you after treatment, use the direct contact your coordinator gave you rather than this page.
What happens to what you send
Your message and any photographs are used to assess your enquiry and to reply to you. They are not sold, not shared with advertising platforms, and not published.
Photographs are stored privately under random identifiers, viewable only by a signed-in member of staff through a short-lived link, and every such request is recorded. Our privacy policy sets out the whole picture in plain language, including how to have everything deleted.
