What these terms cover
These terms apply to your use of this website. They are not a treatment agreement.
Any agreement about treatment — what will be done, by whom, at what cost, and on what terms — is made separately and in writing before treatment begins. Nothing on this website replaces that, and nothing here creates it.
What sending an enquiry means
Sending an enquiry asks us to assess what you have described and to come back to you. That is all it does.
It does not book anything, does not commit you to treatment, and does not commit us to providing it. We may conclude that a procedure is not appropriate for you, or that you would be better served closer to home, and we will say so.
You are free to stop at any point, for any reason, without explanation and without cost.
Why there are no prices here
This website does not publish prices, and that is deliberate rather than evasive.
The cost of treatment depends on what you actually need — how many implants, how many grafts, whether a graft or an extraction is required first, how many sessions. A published figure would either be a number that does not apply to you, or a low number designed to get you on a plane before the real one appears.
You receive a written quotation for your own plan, and you receive it before you commit to anything.
The content on this site
We take care that what we publish is accurate at the time of writing, but we do not warrant that every page is complete, current, or error-free.
Medical content in particular is general information and is subject to the limits set out in our medical disclaimer, which you should read if you have not.
We may change, add to, or remove content at any time.
Using the site reasonably
You may read, share and print anything on this site for your own use.
- Do not submit false information, or submit an enquiry on behalf of someone who has not asked you to.
- Do not upload anything that is not your own photograph, or that contains another person who has not agreed to it.
- Do not attempt to gain access to areas of this site that require an account, to disrupt it, or to submit automated bulk enquiries.
- Do not republish substantial parts of this site as your own.
If you believe you have found a security weakness, please report it to us rather than testing how far it goes. We will take a report made in good faith in the spirit it is intended.
Availability
We aim to keep this site available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, faults, and problems at our suppliers can all take it offline.
If the site is unavailable and you need us, the contact details on our contact page still work.
Links to other sites
Where we link elsewhere — to an official source on visas or travel, for example — we do not control that site and are not responsible for its content or its handling of your information.

We are responsible for the site and its content as set out in these terms. We are not responsible for decisions made solely on the basis of general information published here rather than on individual clinical advice.
Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including responsibility for the care we actually provide to patients.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Turkish law, and the courts of Istanbul have jurisdiction over disputes about this website.
If you are a consumer resident elsewhere, this does not deprive you of the protection of any mandatory consumer law in your own country.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when the current version took effect, and continued use of the site after a change means the updated terms apply.
